I have lived in this building for a few years now, I always feel so safe. The apartments are nice for how old the building is. And easy access to the hospital, downtown, and the freeway. There are also a few grocery stores and lots of restaurants/fast food, plus a Jacob's Java and Dutch Bros with in minutes. As well as access to multiple bus stops. I love living here!

Great location and high quality rooms for the money. Easy bus access and a nice old building gives it that extra class. Reasonable sound proofing. Building manager is lovely and made getting adjusted a pleasure. After 8 years in the workplace I decided to get my law degree at Gonzaga. Given that context - highly recommend.
