Our mandatory monthly fees include a security deposit equal to one month's rent, valet trash removal ($95), fiber-optic internet ($50), and water, sewer, and electricity which are based on usage. Parking is optional. An assigned space in our surface lot is $100 per month and an assigned space in our garage is $140 per month. Pets are welcome at our property.
