Being a new tenant of Cortland Park Apartments my experience from day one has been very pleasant. Since the park has been under new management I have began to see many improvements being made both inside and out. The manager Amber and her staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my home was ready when it was supposed to be with new cabinets, new flooring and carpeting and my personal favorite, a balcony! I was welcomed to the park by many of my neighbors and continue to meet more everyday. Overall it's a very pleasant and beautiful place to live. :)
