379 Elm Street, is the Peoples Community Land Trust’s (PCLT) first multi-family rental property. The PCLT's goal at 379 Elm Street is to create a community where residents have access to quality property management as well as affordable and stable rents to improve resident safety and quality of life. The PCLT aims to work in partnership with the residents of 379 Elm to steward the property and ensure all residents have access to quality housing conditions at an affordable price. The PCLT is a collaboration between The Guild, Housing Justice League (HJL), and the AFSC Atlanta Economic Justice Program (ATLEJ). The PCLT was founded in 2023 to create a permanent solution for low and moderate income residents across Atlanta who are at risk of displacement due to Atlanta’s rapidly rising housing costs and the toll that investors are taking on the housing market.
