We have been living in this lovely Windermere Cay Apartment for almost a year now and have just renewed our lease with Christy's support. I cannot thank Christy and her team enough for always being attentive and willing to help us. The location is excellent and the condo is very well maintained. Thank you for everything!

I have lived at Windermere Cay for 12 years give or take & can say albeit pricey (as is everything in the area if we're being honest) I love living here, the location is great, the area is growing, and while I have heard of issues other tenants have had, I personally have not had an issue persist if I need it remedied. A massive part of the comfort I have with this complex is Christy Duryee in the leasing office, she has been here as long as I have & is always welcoming & helpful within her means. Anytime, Ive brought anything up with her I know I can count on at the very least an answer or insight if not an outright solution. I'm not here to discount people's negative experiences, only to speak on mine.
