Hannah had me sign all these papers for a *newly remodeled apartment* all lies ....never had roaches a day in my life till I moved here also she had me sign part of the lease where it says TELL US IF YOU HAVE MOLD I told her before I signed the paperwork and again afterwards.. still nothing been done. Saw a huge RAT on the 1st floor crawling around today also. The apartment across the street also got raised. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY LIE AND TELL YOU WANT YOU WANT TO HEAR.. my apartment didnt even have working AC had to bring my OWN HVAC guy in and tell them WHAT WAS WRONG. YOU HAVE TO MEET THEM FACE TO FACE OR ELSE THEY IGNORE You . I EMAILED AND NEVER HEARD BACK. They just want your money they do not care
