Wonderful experience from the start - the management and maintenance are the best! The apartment seems to grow in size the more I settle in which is fantastic. I'm very happy with my new home here. 11/11/23 I realized one morning that my furnace had stopped working. I sent in a maintenance order and right away the manager responded that maintenance would be out very soon. Our maintenance person is awesome. He is very thorough with his repair work and very pleasant to talk with. The manager followed up to make sure it was taken care of. The management and maintenance staff here is wonderful, makes it nice to be here.

My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience with Mr. David Rosipal (Property Manager) and Mr. Mike (Maintenance). Mr. David has been extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, kind, and helpful to us. When we saw the apartment for the first time, we loved it. While doing our move-in inspection, I turned on the water in the master bathroom sink and there was a leak. Mr. David called Mr. Mike and it was fixed immediately. Our move-in has been easy and exciting!!!! We recommend Whitehall if you are looking for a new place to call home.
