My car was towed away with 45 minutes of me being there to visit my friend. It was late at night and the only other place to park was a block away which as a female made me too nervous to do, which was why i parked in the lot. The tow company charged me $150 for my car that i picked up 3 blocks away.

Just finished family weekend and my step daughters car was almost towed away from this lot. Management had them tow cars on family weekend. She parks there every day. What kind of business are they trying to run. Paid a $75 drop fee and the tow company they hired was rude and disrespectful. I would expect much better management from walnut quads being affiliated with Missouri State University. Very disappointing that family weekend had to end on a bad note.
