Just moved in this weekend (8/4/23) and even though it was not in perfect condition the property manager, Amy went way above and beyond to correct as many issues as possible before I brought my things in. Jeff in maintenance has been responsive with my concerns as well and both seem to really care about the property. The rent is very affordable for the area and space you get in the townhome. As long as Amy and Jeff stick around, I am very happy to have chosen here to live.
