Rudy is amazing!! Super nice and genuine guy! I ran into him while I was moving in and he greeted me in the elevator. I had to put in a maintenance request recently which he very quickly responded to. He answered any question I had, was very respectful, and fixed the issue in under 20 minutes.
I’ve only been in this building for a short time but I’ve been more than impressed by how nice everyone here is. I have to throw an extra kudos to Nate in the leasing office as well, he was extremely thorough and helpful through the application and move-in process. Not even just the staff, but all of the neighbors I’ve met have been so nice.

Updating since we've lived here for over a year and a half. My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed living at 2020. The staff are kind and helpful, the place is kept very clean, and the walls are thick! As with any downtown apartment there are things outside of management's control, but any issues have been addressed as promptly as possible. I feel like Nate is always accessible and happy to help.
I absolutely love the views from my apartment and the rooftop! The lobby is much more updated than the website photos as well. Neighbors are friendly and really want to have community which is a huge bonus!

We've had very minor maintenance issues and they are always handled very quickly and efficiently. We submitted a request and within 24 hrs Justin came and fixed it. He was in and out in under 10 minutes!
I just moved out after a year in the building and have nothing but great things to say, the location can be a bit rough at times/in some spots due to the neighborhood, but the building itself feels safe, clean, and well tended to. Nate at the front desk was so helpful from day one, the maintenance team was extremely responsive to all work orders, in general 2020 Lawrence was able to avoid some of the issues I’d regularly experienced in other buildings downtown, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lived here for about a week, and it’s been amazing. Only weird thing is that me and my roommate haven’t seen a single other person anywhere. But the hallways are massive, security is great, and our apartment is massive with a fantastic view at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
We absolutely love living here. Great location. Within walking distance of so much. The building is secure, the staff is great, and the events are so fun! Especially the rooftop events. Our event coordinators are simply amazing! Not to mention the climate controlled garage. Game changer. It’s really the staff though. From building management, to maintenance, to the event coordinators. Best staff of any building we’ve lived in.

The Maintenance team, specifically Justin is awesome! I have put in several small requests over the last month and Justin has responded within 24 hours to assist with my requests. I put in a request just 1 hour before he came to my door! The team is friendly, quick, efficient, and always available! It's so nice having a Maintenance team who responds to needs/requests in a timely manner! On top of that, Justin is just a super friendly guy! He is respectful of your home and does a stand up job! He has been in and out of my apartment in less than 20 minutes multiple times! Thank you Justin & team! :) -2020 Resident
My family and I have been living here for the past month, and it has all been positive so far. The building is clean, the gym is spacious and full of machines, covered parking is always a plus, and the people who work here are wonderful. On top of that, the maintenance team is swift in their job. Rudy is a very nice and very good worker, as he goes above and beyond to fix any request.
Overall, definitely would give "2020 Lawrence Apartments" 5 stars, would recommend.

Honestly love living here. I am as seasoned renter with living in apartments in Aurora, Brighton, and GVR. This downtown apartment has been far my favorite. The secure access is amazing; with a temporary access code super easy to let in delivery items. The cleanliness is by far the best of any apartments I have lived at. They routinely and consistently have someone clean every floor. The resident events have been amazing and are after mix of after hour event and weekend events to allow someone working to still be able to make it. The walls are very thick. Apartment living tends to mean occasionally hearing neighbors but you couldn't even hear when the fire alarms were being tested in parts of the building because how thick the walls are. This is actually the quietest apartment I have ever lived in despite being downtown.
