I have been here seven months and find it is a great place to live. These units and the grounds are exceptionally well maintained. Even the walks and steps are cleared and salted in the winter. The management is prompt in responding to issues. The units are all electric, however due to renovation and masonry construction, the bills are not high. There is cable wired to both bedrooms and lower level great room (in my unit). There is ample street parking in front of the units for guests and there are are many spaces available at all times of the day.
