Thoughtful architecture and unique layouts you won't find in cookie-cutter complexes, with brand-new interiors. We're on a 45-acre wooded campus with deer, forest views, and the Maine Rail-to-Trail a 5-minute walk away. Quiet and peaceful, but walking distance to downtown Springvale, 40 minutes to Portland, 35 minutes to Portsmouth beaches. New cabinets, butcher-block counters, stainless appliances, completely redone bathrooms, new flooring throughout, energy-efficient windows, brand new mini-split heating/cooling (efficient with room-by-room control), high-speed internet ready. Rent covers water, sewer, trash. You pay electric (includes heat/AC via mini-splits). Pet friendly - cats and dogs welcome. Free parking.
