We just renewed our lease. Jorge Bravo was the main reason we decided to stay. He is the most attentive and hardworking employee we have ever met. He keeps the complex in excellent shape and responds to all maintenance requests immediately. He is kind, and he treats the tenants with respect and caring. He makes the complex feel like home.

From the time we first got our tour, the staff have been wonderful. Jorge Bravo really is as nice and accommodating as the long-timers say he is. We have only been here a month, and are enjoying a very peaceful and quiet stay in this quaint place. We also love our view of the lake. :) And our review doesn't end there. We moved in, and as is always the case in walk-throughs, little things are missed in the initial inspection. We were worried that we would get resistance from management in getting management these little things fixed. To our surprise, Jorge Bravo, who is happy and fun, and skilled, is cheerfully fixing those small maintenance items. I have truly felt like I'm living in a resort. LOL. Thanks to the staff, and especially Jorge. He has really impressed us. :)
