I moved to Davison Square in September 2018 and couldn't be happier with my decision. The building overall is extremely clean, quiet, secure, and well maintained. The apartment itself is very spacious well kept. Parking lots are very well maintained and no issue finding a spot to park. No issue with neighbors and everyone in the building is friendly. The building manager is absolutely amazing. Always willing to help with any type of service requests and responds immediately and all service requests are fulfilled either same day or within 24 hour period. Would highly recommend Davison Square for location and price

I love living at Davison Square! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lawrenceville. The parking lot, walkways, and outside stairs are well maintained during the snow and the common areas inside the buildings are clean. The building manager, Greg, is friendly, considerate, and helpful! On the rare occasion that something needs to be fixed, it is done almost immediately. My unit is comfortable and quiet, and overall I am so happy I chose to live here.
