A tremendous amount of highly functional space as well as multiple options for use of the rooms. Commercial washer and dryer in secured basement. This unit is part of a 5-unit building with very little turnover, quiet tenants and in very good condition. Driveway parking, parking in the rear off the alley or street parking.
