Improvements to the apartments are taking place, along with a property rehab. Some units completely rehabbed, some partially, new parking lot, new appliances (2020/2021) in all units with rehab. Working on creating a higher standard of living and maintainability for residents and future residents.

I have lived here for 7 years and it is a good place and nobody bothers you and you live quietly but they have to take more care of the apartments. Thanks a lot.
