Just wanted to mention that this place was an great place to live at. People complain that there is no parking but there is plenty if you HAVE INSURANCE. which makes since because 1 its the law and 2 the complex would be taking on a risk if they had a vehicle with no coverage. I am completing my year next month and unfortunately cant renew due to my kids going to a school out of district so I need to move back to their district. BUT the ladies in the office Karina and Octavia ARE SUPER AMAZING. Me being a single parent raising two kids they certainly understood and worked with me. When my ac didn't work which is NORMAL for an older complex to have issues they sent someone asap. On Thanksgiving I thought I had a stove issue with the gas and turned out it was nothing but they sent someone regardless. Yes their pool wasn't open very much this past year but no one to blame but the residents. Who lets their kids go unsupervised to a pool. I personally witnessed residents mistreating the privilege's of the pool and it became so bad where the swimming condition's where bad. So no I don't blame them for having a closed pool but the parents of the children for not teaching them to take care of what you have and also The parents would send their kids outside just so they wouldn't have to watch them. COME on parents. the pool the play ground its not your babysitter. So all in all I see a lot of complaints about this complex but no one taking ownership. I really did love this place and if I was moving back to the city I would come back.

To be honest I wish can I put 7,000 stars but Ms. Crystal and Ms. Caryna were amazing at helping me find my home so nice and sweet and extremely thankful and helpful those two ladies are amazing needing place fast and they made it happen quick easy process too with the application and everything. I'm excited to officially call it home.
