I just moved in to Cosgrove Hill and the move has been great! Everyone at the leasing office is super helpful and kind. We had a great experience with Neal as he was available whenever we had questions. The maintenance team has been great as well and takes care of any issues immediately. The community is friendly and the amenities are great. We love our apartment since it’s a great size and location.

Cosgrove Hill is a wonderful place to live and a great community! I moved during COVID to my new apartment, and the staff were extremely flexible and supportive during the entire process. I've had some bad experiences with prior landlords, and when I told the staff at CH about one of them, they reacted with genuine horror. Their reaction demonstrated to me the care they have for their tenants. My apartment was clean and well-maintained when I moved in, which made my move considerably less stressful. Utilities are very affordable because of how energy-efficient the units are. The maintenance staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and very fast (my average work order turnaround time has been less than 24 hours for non-urgent repairs, and I've never needed an urgent repair). I don't have too many data points on repairs because the apartments are well-kept and do not require much maintenance. The amenities are excellent, especially the immaculate pool. Overall, this is undoubtedly the best place I have lived so far.

Highly recommend. Quality apartments. Phenomenal staff. We originally moved across the country into a different apartment complex in Chapel Hill but we were not satisfied. We came across Cosgrove Hill and loved the units. The staff, namely Kevin, Mike, and Paul were beyond helpful and responsive to every question we had. They didn't pressure us to sign a lease like other places but instead were very friendly and relatable. We didn't feel like just another sale. They understand that we're making an investment and choosing a place to call home. Very welcoming and even the surroundings and landscaping are beautiful. Clearly a place managed with care.

I have been a tenant since 2019. This community is an amazing location, offers resident inclusiveness, and privacy. Any or all of my concerns are heard and addressed. Office and maintenance staff demonstrate great effort at maintaining a clean and safe atmosphere for residents and their families.

I've lived here for about 8 months and am thrilled to be here. Sara, Neal, and Martin are the best! Had a blast last night at the Paint & Sip event. The staff had adorable and delicious snack boxes for us, as well as drinks and, of course, all the supplies needed for a really fun painting experience. I feel like I live in a resort.

I moved into Cosgrove Hill apartments in September 2020. I had reservations about apartment living after selling my home, but I needed to live in a dwelling without stairs. My concerns were about the noise level, pest control issues, and maintenance issues. After living here for week, my reaction was that I wished I had moved here a lot sooner than I did.
My apartment is lovely and very quiet. There are people living above me, opposite me, and next to me, but I don’t hear any noise coming their apartments. These buildings have been well built..
In regard to maintenance issues, if you put in a work order, things are addressed immediately. Two nights after I moved in, my air conditioning stopped working around 9:30 PM. I called the emergency number for maintenance, and within an hour Michael came and repaired it. Michael does the maintenance work here, and he gets 5 stars. He is very knowledgeable, he is a very hard worker, and he is dedicated to his job. If a part is needed to complete a repair, Michael comes to complete the repair as soon as the part arrives. In the interim, you get updates in regard to the delay. Michael is a great model to use when defining “Good Customer Service”.
The amenities here are amazing, and everyone I have met who lives here likes it. I have not had any issues in regard to pest control.
The management team is wonderful and very helpful. We have Emily and Dana. They also get “Five Stars” from me because they are both very considerate and caring, and excel in providing good customer service.
I highly recommend Cosgrove Hill apartments to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new place to live. I feel so blessed to live here.
