I've lived in my apartment for a while now and have had normal wear and tear on things. In the past year I have had a couple of maintenance emergencies and in those situations Jason came out and took care of what needed to be fixed right away and followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly in the following days. Jason definitely makes stressful maintenance situations a lot easier and is extremely helpful.

The best part of this place is the maintenance crew! Mike from maintenance always takes care of me in a timely manner and goes a step further by cleaning up after himself. He truly deserves a raise and a promotion. Steve from maintenance does the same exact thing. Treal from the leasing office is my go to for when I need any assistance or have any concerns. He is the glue that holds the rental office together, and also deserves a raise and promotion. He makes the process easy and smooth.
