Home Crowley's Ridge Village

Crowley's Ridge Village is a brand new cottage community located just outside of Dexter, Missouri, in Stoddard County. New units are being completed regularly. We are located on the north outer road of US Highway 60, with easy access to the highway. Our cottages provide the perfect opportunity to downsize in to less clutter. They are typically less expensive and have a smaller carbon foot print than traditional homes. Each unit includes kitchen appliances, a stackable washer and dryer, and use of an on-site storage unit. Your monthly rent also includes water and trash service. High speed internet is available. Each unit is anchored to the ground for safety. One-year lease is required. Applications must be filled out and approved prior to being shown.
