Administrative Fee: Resident agrees to pay a one-time, non-refundable Administrative Fee of $100 at the time of lease signing. This fee covers administrative and processing costs related to lease preparation and account setup. APPLICATIONS: Each person over the age of 18yr that will be living in the home will need to fill out a separate application. $50 Nonrefundable 1x fee for each application to be submitted. INCOME VERIFICATION: -Verifying the Grossed Income for the household to be 2.5x the monthly rent for affordable units or 2.5x the monthly rent for market rent units. RENTAL HISTORY - If there is any Rental History - There are no outstanding balances with other landlords or property management teams. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND: in good standing. Security Deposits are equal to first month's rent and are due to be paid in full to secure an apartment.
