I don't live in these apartments, but they have the nicest, most honest and helpful management team!! Initially, I spoke with Jacqueline, and she was so patient and friendly as I explained to her all the amenities and requirements I was looking for in an apartment. She took the time to patiently search for every request I made and found a perfect match! So, I paid the $45 non-refundable application fee over the phone and planned to submit my application for the apartment online. However, just before I submitted my application, I received news of another apartment complex that was better suited for my needs. So, I didn't submit the application for Edentree, and I instead secured an apartment in a different complex. I didn't think anymore about it. A couple days later, I received a call from Sharon who was also extremely nice and pleasant. She called to get my address so that Edentree could refund the $45 application fee! I had completely forgotten all about it and wasn't even expecting to get a refund!! However, they were so honest, and Sharon explained that since I had not actually submitted the application, they didn't want to keep the application fee! Most apartment managers do anything and everything to swindle people out of their money. It's very encouraging to see the Edentree management team handle business in such an honest, professional, kind, and pleasant manner!! Good management and customer service is extremely important to me, so Edentree's management team gets five stars!!

I moved here almost a year ago and I must say that the ladies in the front office are the most helpful, understanding and friendliest people I have ever done business with! I have never had any issues and the small maintenance issue I did have, they came right on out and resolved the issue. The complex is very quiet and well kept. If you are looking for a place to call home STOP LOOKING & make EDENTREE your new home!!
