Ashford Apartments is a luxury community located on the border of Shelby Township and Rochester Hills. We are just minutes away from downtown Rochester, M-59 and I-75 freeways. We offer spacious two bedroom floor plans, each with their own private entrance and attached garage. Our interiors feature nine foot first floor ceilings and cathedral ceilings in upper units. We have open kitchen, dining and living areas. Our kitchens are designed with all appliances and large counter spaces. Full size laundry area in all units. We also offer a private swim club with pool and hot tub for all Ashford residents. We are pet friendly.

I lived at Ashford Apartments for three years and had a great experience. I never had any problems with noises from my neighbors in the neighboring apartments. I lived on the second floor with a treadmill. Even when I pointed it out to them, my downstairs neighbors didn't notice the sound in their living space. I had only pleasant interactions with Kari in the leasing office. She and her staff were helpful and always up to chat. Most of all, maintenance. I've rented apartments before and never had such friendly or speedy maintenance representatives.

I absolutely love living here. The first time I drove by I knew I wanted to live here. As it was my first apartment, having my own garage and another parking space, spacious living room, decent kitchen, all appliances included, trash included in rent, only needed 1st month and security deposit (month and a half) at the time 2 years ago 1450 was my cost 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Pretty nice, perfect for 2 parents and a child or 2 people in general. Maintenence is so helpful, they literally have been at my door in a minute when I called them for the issue I was having., also theyre so attentive and if they domt help you in a minute they will literally get to you after they finish what theyre into at that moment, receptionist and front desk girls (Kari and the girls) ALWAYS provide the best customer service, they were so helpful since this was my first place, everything was a breeze. Never had an issue ever. Trash is on Fridays. This is close to my work and perfect for me and my husband. I'm so happy here, they allow 2 animals thank God because most places don't and i couldnt let go of my cats (theyre nearly my kids), beautiful and big pool and hot tub area, beach chairs and lawn chairs to lay out, workout room, the complex is a huge circle, so honestly it's great for walking and pretty to walk around the complex and look at the lake in the middle. Neighborhood is super safe, great neighbors, never any issues at all. I'm suprised I havent reviewed this until now, glad I was able to! I simply, LOVE LIVING HERE!! They never have availability so If you can apply for the next spot, do it now so you can gaurantee your spot here!
