New YMCA directly across the street. Indoor pool located onsite. Open all year round. Open 10:00am to 10:00pm. Closed on Mondays. One pet allowed with conditions. If you have a dog, we only accept small breed. We only accept one pet; pet must be approved by Management. Pet deposit required. Heat and hot water and assigned parking (1 parking space should you have a vehicle registered in Tenants name). In suite storage Propane BBQ is allowed. Braemar Court is professionally managed by Prospero International Realty INC and maintained in compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act. We are looking for clean, responsible people to complement our existing mix of great tenants. 1 (one) year lease required. Then it will automatically go on a month to month Tenancy Agreement.
