I’ve lived here for a year and am renewing for another year. I have never had such a positive experience with an apartment complex or its management. The ladies in the front office are always so helpful and kind. I’ve only needed to call maintenance once but the one experience I had with them was wonderful they got the job done quickly and were polite and kind.

My recent move here from Houston was anything but smooth but Desiree and Marina both have been AMAZING and most helpful. I moved into these apartments on faith and sight unseen. My cousin came and FT me and I leased based on what he toured. I came late on a Saturday and Desiree text me assuring me to take my time and she would be here to hand me my keys. We finally arrived 4 hours later than I said, and she noticed my daughter and I only had us and what was packed in the car. She was like do you have a U-Haul coming. I did not we packed all we could and headed down the road. Moving is expensive (LOL) I told her we brought what we needed, and we will go back for our things in the upcoming weeks. We had air mattress and at that point all we wanted to do is shower and pass out. She was like no, I will put you guys in the corporate unit for a few days so at least we had beds and internet until Tuesday (since it was the Labor Day Holiday). She was genuinely kind and still is. The people we have come across have been just as friendly. I have lived in a few complexes in my days. Everyone is usually very friendly until you sign your lease but not them, they truly are great at their jobs and with their people skills. I am really hoping management does not change and staff stays the same as long as I am here. I am absolutely thankful for Desiree. I hope our stay here is a long one.
