Arbor Park Apartments under new management has been a wonderful work in progress. I've been here going on two years come April 2023. Mrs. Payton is an incredible manager that cares about the tenants and the upkeeping of the entire complex. If you are an active or retired Veteran, just know that you will be well taken care of. Shalom my beloved military sisters/brethren!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I can tell you that this is probably the BEST place I have ever lived. Management is VERY HELPFUL! Amanda and April will go above and beyond to address any issues you may have. They are easy to contact, either walking into the office, phone call, email or even Facebook message through the Arbor Park page. They do so much good for the community and it creates a true home feel. I see, all the time the compassion this team puts forward for the residents. Maintenance, the team is great and will address any issues that you may have with the highest priority. We had our air conditioning go out last summer and the maintenance team was very professional and fixed our AC very promptly and we appreciated the fast response time and everything they did to assure we were not stuck without AC for a long period of time keeping us updated every step. The property itself is very calming, several times I have walked my dog outside at odd times and you will see a car here and there come and go but other than that pretty much peaceful silence. Our neighbors are great, nice and will speak or wave to you anytime they see you. People that I meet at the mailboxes will always say hello even if you do not know them. The swimming pool is wonderful and well kept with a very neat waterfall, there is also a kiddie pool that my children LOVE! Although I do not use the workout room as much as I would want to, it is very nice and state of the art. It is always kept clean with drink/snack machines and even a sauna! We have had to use the laundry facility occasionally when our washer is on the fritz and the washers and dryers are always very clean and you can even use a credit card which is a huge plus to not have to carry around a bag of quarters. There is a nice little park and a fishing pond, this area is always a great place to go to “escape” Overall, I give this community a 5 star review as I could not ask for a better place to call home.
