I have lived at Fagan Springs for close to 20 years and still love it. The location can't be beat (directly across the street from some of the best walking trails) and is so quiet. It's so close to downtown without being noisy and crowded. The apartments are roomy and the private patios are huge! Best part of the complex, however, is Maranda, the site manager. It's hard to find an apartment manager that actually cares about the property and its tenants and she certainly does. The grounds are always well maintained and I have never waited more than a day after requesting a repair be made. She's polite, professional, and in 20 years I don't think I've ever seen her in a bad mood! I can't imagine living anywhere else <3

I lived here for about 2 years, and I loved my time here. Management and maintenance are great, and I never had anything but great interactions with my neighbors. And you just can't beat the location. Quiet area, close to downtown Huntsville, and right across the street from Land Trust hiking trails. Just top notch.
