Virginia Laundry Lofts is located on a quiet edge of downtown while still being within walking distance of downtown's favorite attractions. This location includes a 24/7 fitness room, indoor bicycle storage and access to a public park located directly behind the building, which features a large athletic field as well as an outdoor track. Parking is $25 monthly, which permits parking in one of the 2 lots that are adjacent to our building (or you may use free on-street parking located on 2 sides of our building.) Secure building access control, keyless apartment entry and security cameras add assurance for safety and convenience. Enjoy the community-use grill for casual outdoor cooking when you grow bored of cooking on your stove/oven. |

Originally the Virginia Laundry Company (circa 1915), this historic building was made to last using nothing but solid masonry and concrete. Beginning in the summer of 2018, the building was transformed into 23 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature stained cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, exposed interior brick walls, concrete ceilings, giant steel windows, exposed spiral ductwork, stained concrete floors, white oak hardwood floors and include a washer and dryer in every unit. There is keyless entry on each apartment door for quick, easy access. A fitness room and bicycle storage room are available 24/7 to all residents. Enjoy the newly opened public park with track and field, located just behind Virginia Laundry Lofts. We also have on-site paid parking, controlled building access, security cameras and ample site lighting. Rent includes trash removal and water. (There is NO amenity fee.)

Great experience living with these guys. New management is wonderful and the best out of any apartment I’ve lived so far! Apartments are affordable and in a great location for students / young adults in Lynchburg.
