All available units have and eat in kitchen (appliances including a microwave and dishwasher) all units have one full bath, and new flooring. Laundry Room on site. Tenant is responsible for electricity and cable and internet. Heating and cooling are central air and heat pump.

Place is very very very loud (due to neighbors). MSCI (Property owners) did always fix repairs when reported. What they didn’t fix is running background on new people moving in! Therefore there is A LOT of drug activity, gun shooting, and loud fighting every single weekend.

I lived in 3715 apt 6 and the mold in the place is outrageous. 4 and a half years living there and 1 mold treatment and a paint over . And the mold was still seeping through . Watch out for when it rains . The foundations is unleveled and apartment will flood at front door . Being on the bottom floor anything somebody else throws down there drains will eventually cause your sink to flood . Only cold open the living room window because no screens were in any other windows and there are bars on the bed room window . Being in apt number 6 you run the risk of a very high light bill . And I think it really has something to do with that apartment being beside the laundry room . 1/10 recommend. Wish I could post pics because I have a lot
