University Walk is awesome. The staff that works in the front office is very friendly and always ready to help if you have any issues. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quick to solve problem! Getting mail and getting notified by the front office when a package comes in is also one of the best feelings in the world! Overall this place is awesome! 10/10

I have lived here for 2 and a half years and have loved my time here. The only reason I am leaving is because I am graduating in the spring. The apartments are well maintained and very nice. The maintenance staff have also been very quick to respond to any problems I have had. The office staff have also been amazing and have gone above and beyond anytime I have needed something. I highly recommend moving in.
