You will receive an online application link during the in-person property showing. All occupants 18 years of age or older must submit an application. The application fee is $50 per applicant and the application will remain valid in the office for 30 days if basic qualifications are met. At Starr, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. Thats why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents.
