Residents are required to put electricity into their name and pay a prorated monthly fee of $78 for water, gas, and trash. One small dog (under 25 pounds) or one cat will be considered with a $150 pet deposit, a $150 pet fee, and a $35/month pet rent. All dogs must be over 1 year old and proof of spay/neuter is required.
