So I wanted to give a review even though I did not pull the trigger and become a resident. Things I do know. I have had to talk with about 5 different people trying to figure out information and along with the other two reviews, I agree that about 6 out of 6 times that I did try and call the Winfield Win Residence management on site, I had no answer and no returned calls from voicemails. Other things to consider when applying, You will lose out on a non refundable 200-300$ dollar move in fee, which is required to pay before you even get to see the lease agreement. Upon reading the long extensive lease agreement, as nice as the apartments are, the lease is pretty brutal on the fact that if you miss any payment deadlines then you will lose out on your discounts and have to pay an additional 600+ dollars for the months rent, many other obligations that are strict and if violated , makes you required to pay other hefty fees. At the end of your lease, it’s said that you will be notified of a renewal lease but the rent would in-fact increase. Upon asking what kind of increase, I was told it would or could increase anywhere from 30-150$ extra. Well understanding that the actual standard price for a 1bd1b apartment is 1199.00 as stated on the lease, means that your renewal can be anywhere from the discounted price up to its actual standard which is a pretty steep price considering all the extra regulations. So in conclusion, be careful not to jump the gun on these rentals and I would consider a preview of the lease agreement before you pay the non refundable . Even if you are a super well organized individual with cleanliness and finances, the lease showed me how much you can get in a bind over small things which lead to ridiculous fees. Younger adults be warned and read the lease!!!!!!! Do not let yourself be trapped and have the possibility of going into extreme debt!
