Tenants are responsible for electricity. If you have pets, an additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat NO DOGS. To move in, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due within two days of tenant acceptance, and first month’s rent is due before move-in. 1) Fill out our online rental application at Everyone over 18 and any cosigners must fill out a rental application.
