I lived at Andante for 2 years. My overall experience was good, maintenance was very quick to fix any issues in my unit. Gionna in the leasing office was always very helpful and responded to any concerns promptly.
My family moved here in April in to a 2 bedroom unit and we love it. Amazing neighbors and very clean community. Manager Aquino is the best! Always helpful and caring. THANK YOU ANDANTE TEAM FOR ALL YOU DO =)

I just moved back to Andante! I absolutely enjoy living here! The first time I moved in I lived here for 4 years. It has been peaceful living and quite enjoyment! Maintenance requests are promptly completed and the community is well maintained. The office staff and maintenence staff are always cheerful and welcoming, along with being knowledgeable about what they do. I would definitely recommend Andante for a great place to live!
I moved-in in spring 2021, and keep prolonging my lease here because I like it. It’s safe gated community with friendly neighbors, responsible maintenance team and supportive office. Garage is in the same building. Territory is clean and nice. Pool and bbq area are my daughters fav places to walk because of bunnies hopping around there. Our 1bdrm apartment is spacious, with big windows, in unit laundry and two closets. Maintenance team tries to fix issue as soon as possible, thank you guys
The staff here are friendly and professional. The gated community is good. I wish people who move here respect the property and are courteous to others while using the amenities.

I recently moved out after a wonderful three-year stay at Andante Apartments, and I must give a huge shout out to Gionna, the leasing office manager. Throughout my entire time there, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. Gionna always addressed any concerns promptly and ensured the community was well-maintained. Her dedication and genuine care for the residents made living there a truly positive experience. I highly recommend Andante Apartments thanks to Gionna's outstanding service. Also, The maintenance team is fantastic! They are prompt, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is in top shape. Any issues I had were resolved quickly and efficiently.

We have lived at Andante for about a year. The management & maintenance team here have been truly phenomenal! For the last few months, we have had the upstairs neighbors from hell - they had all kinds of people living there who weren't on the lease, parties at all hours, and banged around so loudly that they chipped dishes in our cabinets and made things fall off our walls. They threw lit joints and trash down onto our balcony, terrorized our cat, and the culmination was when they destroyed one of the fire sprinklers in their apartment, flooding their unit, ours, and the one below us. Like I said: neighbors from hell.
Now, I realize starting a review this way might seem a little ominous! But our experience in dealing with this issue has been a real testament to the commitment and responsiveness of the management team. I have to hand it to them - throughout this whole situation, they took our complaints very seriously and did everything they possibly could to deal with the situation. Every other place I've ever lived, neighbor issues weren't even worth complaining about because the management would just throw up their hands and claim there was nothing they could do. But Brittany, Carolina, Gionna, and the rest of the staff really went out of their way to let us know they supported us and that they didn't take the situation lightly. It has made us feel valued and respected.
Now the nightmare neighbors are gone and the maintenance team has their work cut out for them. Throughout this process, they’ve been great and have responded very quickly to the most pressing issues. They have been very proactive in testing for mold from the water damage, fixing the affected electrical outlets and fixtures, etc., and they’re always respectful of our time and safety, which is especially nice considering one of us works from home.
All in all, the management team has stepped up for us every single time we’ve asked them to, and that does not go unnoticed. We are really appreciative of their excellent customer service and quick response times, and how much care they put into keeping the property in good shape. Thank you, Andante team!

Andante is a wonderful place to live! I am moving and wanted to make sure to leave a good review as I noticed that a lot of people that write reviews for apartments are angry and leave inaccurate reviews. l lived here for two years and in two different apartments, and I never had any complaints! The apartments are clean and well maintained. The walls are super well insulated, and I never heard my neighbors. Everyone at the front office is friendly and very good at responding quickly to questions. The management does a fantastic job of maintaining and updating the place, replacing plants/trees when needed, and keeping the pool super clean. The maintenance workers respond extremely quickly to maintenance issues and are very professional.There are also many trails behind the apartments attaching directly to the Cherry Creek Trail and the Highline Canal Trail, making this a wonderful place to live if you like to bike, run, or just spend time outside. I would definitely recommend Andante to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable apartment to live in!
