The manager, Aaron did an excellent job following up with me, with completion of replacement of the dish washer, replacing the lighting in my kitchen, as well as completing repairs on my heater,, as well as the light in the refrigerator being replaced. As always, Aaron and the staff at Joliet at Lowry, Maria, Arianna, Diana and Nicardo, were polite and professional, and forwarded the work order requests in a timely fashion. And the work that was done, resolved all of the repairs that I requested.

I’ve been here a little over a month and it’s been a good place to live. Maria and Dayanna are kind, friendly, intelligent people who make the choice to live here easy. It was so difficult to find a leasing office that was stable and good at what they do in this area, which was very important to me, and it seems to be here at The Joliet at Lowry. Thank you both again for making the moving process easy!
