Water, Sewer and trash included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electric. The units are all electric and include a refrigerator, stove, and central heat/air. Laundry room available onsite. There is also a playground for the children. Update: The playground has been recently mulched. Mailboxes for each unit conveniently located on the property near the office. Gateway Area Development District has a Senior Mobile Meal Food Truck that comes by on the 2nd Tuesday of each month with a hot meal for Seniors 60 years of age and older. Clearfield is just outside of Morehead, KY, home of Morehead State University. There are many things to do in the area. We have 2 lakes, Eagle Lake at Morehead State University, that is used for fishing and hiking and Cave Run Lake, which is a popular lake, that has fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking available. The Sheltowee Trace Recreational Trail runs through both Clearfield, KY and Morehead, KY, so if you are an avid hiker, there are plenty of trails to hike around Morehead, KY, which is a Kentucky Trail Town.
