About Pleasant Valley Apartments

Home Pleasant Valley Apartments

Pleasant Valley Apartments has 15 one bedroom apartments and 9 two bedroom apartments with two floor plans. Each apartment home has large closets and air conditioning. Laundry rooms are available on each floor. The two-bedroom apartments have a pantry and washer/dryer hookups. Apartment homes on the third floor have vaulted ceilings. Free onsite parking is available to all of our residents. In addition, heated underground parking is available for $40 per month. Elevators are available to take you to each of our three levels of apartments and the underground parking. Storage is available for $20 per month. Heat, water and sewer included in rent. Weather protected trash receptacles and inside mailboxes. Front entry is locked and intercom controlled.
