WARNING FOR ALL AMC/ALBANY LAW/ALBANY PHARMACY STUDENTS OR LOCAL RESIDENTS, DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM BLUE HOUSE. Blue House is a company notorious for being predatory. The staff here are psychotic/ballistic and often times straight up ignore their tenants emails/communication. Their apartment complexes in Albany had MAIL ROOM BREAK INS which management tried to cover up without telling residents what specifically happened??? Elevators and garage doors often break down and the garage door is left opened for thieves to break into your cars. BBQ grills don't even work. What is the point of paying so much for NOTHING to work?? Also beware of dealing with Jordan from Blue House. Many tenants report that she lacks professionalism, has terrible personality and terrible teeth 😔 Save your money and stress and rent elsewhere. DO not support these malignant rental companies.
