Basic Run down apartments owner doesn’t like to fix anything doesn’t responds to any text or emails only Communication between landlord and tenant is if your late on rent also The townhouse sign out side of the residence says 2 bed 1 bath for $350 but charges newcomers $375 which should be your 1st red Flag
