As a resident of one of Peregrine's downtown lofts, I can attest to the company's attention to detail in the construction of their spaces as well as their hospitality and customer service. I enjoy simultaneously being in the center of the downtown district and amenities and having a well-appointed, quiet space to call home. With features and a view like this, I get many compliments on my loft.

The worst thing about living at the Peregrine Tower was that we had to move out of state so soon. We absolutely loved our short year at the tower. The apartment felt very luxurious, location was fantastic right on the Kalamazoo Mall (which made it really easy to walk around to events) , and the staff on the property were sublime. Maintenance had an impressive turnaround time and high quality of work and the property manager was always fantastic to work with. If we ever find ourselves living in Kalamazoo again, this would be our first pick for apartments.
