GREAT location VERY convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, etc. which has been a PLUS🥳. The community package The Duvall offers includes EXCELLENT VALET TRASH PICKUP, Fetch delivery service and AT&T FAST SPEED internet service included TOO🥲. PEACEFUL clean environment that I am HAPPY🥲 to call HOME🙏🏾🫶🏾. The SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the property management team Mrs. Denetrius and Mrs. Christine. This is MAGNIFICENT DUO in regards of their position as the property & assistant managers I received the courteous, professionalism, caring, friendly, VERY helpful and keeps the property moving in the RIGHT direction even the maintenance team addressed service request promptly and resolved timely with customer service PERFECTION and SATISFACTION. To mention PET FRIENDLY🥰 at its FINEST🫶🏾🥲🥳.The space in my unit is AMAZING. The PERFECT SPOT, quiet and friendly neighbors in my building 3rd floor🤗. It's FEELS more like HOME than an apartment everyday. I have NO complaints so far. I APPRECIATE the beautiful property and amenities. I enjoy being able to come to my NEW HOME and feel SAFE. My fiancé and I have been at these apartments for just about half a year now and they’ve been nothing but great ! From the exceptional leasing staff and managers, to their maintenance team who’s always on it when it comes to any issues we may have . The amenities are great , my favorite this summer was definitely the pool ! Everyone here is very friendly and respectful that we’ve came across , definitely neighborly ! The gym as well is a huge plus , having a stair master and punching bag , free weights , and a TV in there to set the mood ! The halls are open so you never have to worry about odors , they have a packaging app and trash-pick up app in place for drop off at your door step for certain times or if you forget to take out your trash you can notify them and they’ll swing by again . And as a Tesla owner , having charging stations here has also been a life changer. 10/10 recommend !
