Beautiful new building!! Love the central air & elevator. Cassie in the office is AMAZING!!!!! She has been so helpful with my entire hectic move-in process. She's been quick to respond & so very friendly! Love her already!! Can't wait to be fully moved in to our new home!

The staff (Cassie & Frances) went above and beyond helping me with my initial paperwork etc for move in . I love my apartment. Very few apartments have washer dryer in unit which is a big bonus. I’ve been here since June 1. The few times I asked Cassie or Frances a question or needed help they replied immediately. I hope things continue to make Lica my home for sometime .
