We loved our time at Colony Parc. Looking back it’s still our favorite apartment we lived in before we bought our home. Lots of memories made at 936 Weber Cir. Definitely recommend this complex. ✌️

The Maintenance Department at Colony Parc is fantastic. They always came same day and would get things fixed. There were times there was something I didn't notice when I had put in a request for a different item, like a blind, and they fixed it without requiring me to put in another request. Israel and his team are friendly and more than happy to help the residents. Colony Parc is lucky to have them and I was lucky to have access to an awesome Maintenance Department.
