I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Willie, the assistant manager, and Rick, the maintenance supervisor, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Willie’s friendliness and approachability create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued as a resident. His willingness to go above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or issues is truly commendable. He always wears a smile, which brightens the day for everyone around him. Rick, on the other hand, is an absolute gem when it comes to maintenance. His expertise and efficiency in handling maintenance requests are remarkable. Not only does he solve problems swiftly, but he does so with a positive attitude that reassures everyone that they are in good hands. Together, Willie and Rick make a fantastic team. Currently going through my move in process, so far so good. Princess and Jacques have been given amazing customer service. This is part 2 of my review. Princess completed my move in and walk through. I love my apartment!! 🤩 New flooring, blinds and appliances!! Its very clean, the grounds are well kept and clean. It's quiet and peaceful. Special thank you to Princess for being so helpful with my entire process, I'm very pleased.
