I’ve enjoyed living at this property. Maintenance is very responsive if I ever need something looked at or repaired. The office staff are wonderful as well. Danny is always super accommodating and helpful whenever I need something. Victoria and Sara are also wonderful. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience as a resident at Jackson St. Lofts!

Living here has been an absolute pleasure! The manager, Victoria, is simply wonderful and charismatic. She's always ready to help, practically immediately. Every time she sees our dog, she showers her with the best compliments and treatment. I swear, if our dog could talk she'd beg us to stay! Communication with the building is a breeze, and the maintenance team is incredibly fast and efficient. During a tough financial period, Victoria went above and beyond to explain our options in detail, making it so much easier for us to get back on track. Our neighbors are super friendly, and any issues we had when we moved in a year ago were swiftly resolved and have never been a problem again. We’re so pleased with everything here that we just renewed our lease for 15 months. Despite being in Lowell, which doesn’t always have the best reputation, this apartment complex truly feels like living in the best conditions. The units are VERY spacious, and the natural light from the windows is something we’re extremely grateful for. Thank you to the entire building management. My girlfriend, our dog, and I can say we are very happy!
