A light filled living room with 28" smart TV for streaming and comfy computer work station. In the bathroom, an old world style sit down/hand held shower design with the original claw foot tub. Its different for sure by typical US standards ~ but we celebrate this unique retro~euro feature. Most importantly ~ enjoy endless hot water for luxurious tub soaks with two state of the art on demand hot water heaters in the building. (We encourage water conservation always) Hardwood original oak / maple flooring through out. No pets / no smoking allowed on property. Spacious common outdoor green space. Lawn chairs, picnic table, Outdoor kitchen area with gas grill, umbrella, organic community garden beds, perennial / native flower beds, rain gardens, monarch way stations, pollinator preservation in progress at all properties.
