The office and maintenance staff communicates well. Even though I didn’t choose a renovation unit the quality of the townhome was amazing, the apartment looked new. Overall the buildings are old but it’s a good neighborhood. I recommend Blendon to everyone.

Although I am not going out be moving to the property I will say that the leasing team and corporate office were very pleasant to work with and compassionate. Anyone who is lucky enough to live in this community I think would be very well taken care of. They definitely care about the integrity of their community and the safety of their tenants.
