Great place safe place

I lived there in 1974-1976 when the complex/apartments were brand new. They actually had streams of water going underneath the deck patios of the ground floor apts. They were considered "cadillac" then. They also had "step down" living rooms. I loved it there. It seems it's gone downhill in the last 50 years!
