The public roads to get here are terrible, but that's the government's job. So, if you factor in the vehicle repairs & cost of living in this neighborhood, along with the decent school district and low crime rate, it is good. Even if I don't always like the answers I get, this is a shared community. Most rent, and you have neighbors. When I moved in, no complaints at all. Very peaceful. As with everything in the current USA climate, there is some discomfort. Security has been taken away. Neighbors coming in are, well ... I would still recommend this place, though. My parking is inadequate. I have 1 vehicle. Parking in my little quadrant is not adequate for the typical SUV in Michigan. But, I am confident that will be fixed when weather permits.

This Community is so good. they treat us nice they fix our Homes and the lady that works in the office. She is such a hard worker and I just want to give her all the credit because her and the maintenance man worked together and they do such an amazing job and I just wanna give them the credit for it so you guys should definitely come by and come buy some homes. Thank you.
